If things go as planned, this week should be the highest mileage that I will run this winter. My plan, that I started back in October, was to work on basebuilding through January and then to cut back on mileage and add some speed work to my running program. I’m pretty happy with the way things have gone so far. Generally, the weather starts to improve after January as well so I’m looking forward to nicer weather and mixing up my running pace with some quicker workouts. 1.22.07.map
